Victoria Cordisco

Victoria joined WDS as the Head 5th Grade Teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. Victoria spent the summer of 2022 with us at Summer Adventure and it was apparent immediately that she was a natural fit for WDS. Victoria has spent several years in the classroom, as a substitute in the Rhinebeck Central School District and in the Tri-Valley Central School District in Grahamsville, NY. Further afield, Victoria was an English teacher at a junior high school in Fremont, California. 

Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Bard College, and a bachelor’s degree in English from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Victoria holds a NYS certification in education and is also certified as a Teacher of English as a Second Language (TESOL).

Victoria loves to be active, outside, and her playful nature is present in every interaction with children and adults. She has taught tap dancing to students ages 5 through 18 and loves to read.
