Suzette Bachor
Office Manager and Admissions Coordinator

Suzette is the face of Woodstock Day School. Since the fall of 2014, she has been Office Manager, seated at the front desk greeting students, staff and visitors, as well as handling a myriad of tasks. She recently added the role of Admissions Coordinator.

Prior to coming to work at WDS, Suzette ran a licensed daycare for more than 20 years and worked at Ulster BOCES for five years as Head Teacher in the infant and toddler rooms. Suzette earned a one-year college diploma as a medical typist – she learned medical terminology, medication names and ailments;  and two college degrees, one of which is in Early Childhood Education.

Suzette and her husband, Michael, live in Boiceville and have three sons: Tony, who works for the New York State Department of Environmental Protection and is married with two children; Sam, a pharmacist who lives in Tennessee with his wife; and Jake,  a chemist at Regeneron who lives in Albany. In her free time, Suzette enjoys hiking – she is one peak away from climbing all of the Catskill 3,500 foot peaks, biking and spending time with friends and family, particularly her grandchildren.
