Why did you choose your particular school/gap year/job?
I am going to Ithaca College next year to work towards a bachelor in science degree in Communications Management and Design at the Park School of Communications.

Finn Doering
Why did you choose your particular school/gap year/job?
I choose to attend Parsons school of Design in the Fall of 2020. I choose to major in Industrial design because my whole life I’ve been deeply intrigued by all aspects of design and I want to be a self made entrepreneur from my product conceptions.

Gabe Martindale
How long have you been at WDS?
I stepped onto the Woodstock Day School campus nine years ago as a small, nervous, blond headed boy with hair covering my eyes. Nine years later, I am a confident, well connected, young man, and I could not be more thankful for that decision.

Kate Polatsek Delacorte
Why did you choose your particular school/gap year/job?
I was one of a handful of students to receive a merit scholarship from Mount Holyoke which I am so grateful for, and which I think was in part because of the work I have done at WDS through my senior project

Indira Delacorte
What did you learn at WDS that you feel prepared you for this next step?
WDS has taught me to be self-motivated, to advocate for myself, and to pursue the things I love. It has allowed me to explore my passions such as music, environmental protection, and working with children.

Any advice for the Class of 2021?
If I were to give any advice to the class of 2021 it would be to enjoy your last year here and not take this time for granted. It may seem like a long work filled year but it’s all worth it.

Finn Krause
Why did you choose your particular school/gap year/job?
I am going to SUNY New Paltz to study film because it is what I am most interested in, and I want to continue making movies in college. Afterwards I want to eventually take over my families chocolate business.
