The WDS Parent Association is the heartbeat of our community, a dynamic group of passionate parents who not only meet regularly but unite and partner with school administration, faculty, and families to ensure the school and our students are well-supported.
Our dedicated Parent Association leaders steer the ship towards collaboration and connection and Class Parents elevate this camaraderie by engaging and supporting parents in individual classes. Their mission? To foster strong communication, provide weekly updates, rally volunteers for school events, brainstorm ideas to enhance the student and parent experiences, orchestrate class get-togethers, and more.
WDS parents believe in the power of giving back and every family is asked to contribute 25 hours of volunteer service each school year. The options are as diverse as our community itself – from supporting class and school events, participating in campus clean-up, joining school committees, engaging in Parent Association meetings, or leading an Intensive workshop for students.
Your journey into active participation begins by reaching out to pa@woodstockdayschool.org with any questions. Beygetting involved in the Parent Association you can transform your connection with WDS into vibrant, shared experiences and meaningful contributions!
